Deciding between these two images for magnets to promote beach family portrait sessions, which one do you like? The funny one or the more classic one? Lol :)
I've learned over the years that generally most men don't want to have a session and most children want to play, it's Mom who really wants the session and I understand.
It's not often you have everyone together with beautiful scenery. That's why I added "Do it for your Mom" :)

I had the pleasure of attending and photographing my first Broker Open House this past Tuesday for a lovely property in Panama City Beach.
This is such a great strategy to market and promote a listing to other people in the industry that may not have viewed the home organically, while also allowing the sponsors to network with new realtors and affiliates.
I thought it was such a cleaver event because it also gives the listing agent an opportunity to poll the crowd for feedback on the listing.
