What started as horizontal foundation work is now transforming into vertical construction, marking a major milestone in the build process. From the slab foundation to framing, roofing, and the formation of the building envelope, this project is taking shape fast.

Moving onto phase two of our VA project! 🚧

This project started with a critical mission: open up and reline the existing underground piping system beneath the hospital after years of corrosion caused by heavy chemical use. With the relining now complete, the team is moving into the next major phase — backfilling eight individual 10-foot-deep access holes and preparing the space for what comes next.

The end goal is bigger than pipe repairs. We’re helping create a new and improved SPS work environment with a better floor plan, upgraded equipment, and higher-quality finishes — all designed to make daily operations smoother, safer, and more efficient for the hospital staff.

It’s not always the work people see, but it’s the work that keeps a hospital moving. 🏥

From initial architectural plans and permit expediting to installing a durable ICF foundation system, this project is built on a strong foundation—literally. We’ve also incorporated the latest technology with an Infiltrator EZflow drain field to meet New Mexico’s updated liquid waste codes.
