While the NMPRC transferred its Transportation Division to the NMDOT last July, we’re still getting questions about these services.

The New Mexico Public Regulation Commission welcomes Commissioner Greg Nibert, who was sworn in during an open meeting on January 9, 2025, by Supreme Court Chief Justice David K. Thomson.

Appointed to a six-year term by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham, Commissioner Nibert is committed to advancing New Mexico’s energy future through collaboration and innovation.
