I’ve been in the industry over 20 years both as a claims adjuster and a claims consultant. I believe that employers can help themselves in the claims process and I show them how. I fix the lack in understanding of the workers’ compensation claims process for both the employer and the employee in an effort to mitigate the negative impacts of a work injury.
