I love pretty things, don’t get me wrong. Websites SHOULD be pretty.

BUT, they should also work. 👀

In addition to being pretty, a website should also
- look good on every device
- have working links
- actually show up on google
- answer typical questions
- have a purpose

If your website doesn’t do all those things, it’s time to consider an update.

It's funny how often I see bottlenecks in business. Typically the bottlenecks are because entrepreneurs are resistant to outsourcing... But I see this too...

Consider your time and energy.

I think it's easy to get caught up in trying to delegate that we forget about time management.

This is an easy way to waste your time and money, as well as burn out your assistants.

When I started out, I wanted to be a six-figure business with a growing team. I looked at other bigger, more established entrepreneurs with envy, and tried to pretend like I was in the same place as them.

But now, several years in, I realize that this phase that many entrepreneurs go through is just silly.

If you are a newer business, your ideal client is looking to work with a newer business. Someone who is going to give them lots of time, pay attention to detail, perhaps charge a little less, and be very supportive.

If you are a more established business, your ideal client is looking to work with a more established business. Someone who has expertise, systems, and is quick.

Lean into where your business is at. Practice showing it some love. Later, you will look back and wish you did. Trust me.
