Our latest ADU designed with an organic modern approach and subtle bohemian warmth.

Vaulted ceilings, natural oak tones, soft textures, muted greens, and layered lighting helped transform a compact footprint into a space that feels open, calm, and inviting.

Why is it called a “powder room” instead of just a bathroom?
Centuries ago, it was a space where guests would step away to refresh, compose themselves, and return to the gathering. Today, the idea remains the same, just reimagined through architecture, lighting, texture, and detail.

In this space, soft wall textures meet dramatic stone veining and warm brass accents to create something more than functional. A small room designed to leave a lasting impression.

One of our favorite parts of the process is seeing how the lighting, materials, and landscaping all come together at the end.
Simple modern design, warm tones, big windows, and a home that feels good to come back to at night.

We always look at the ceiling as part of the architecture, not an afterthought. The vaulted form here opens everything up, draws your eye upward, and lets the natural light do most of the work. Even in its raw state, you can already feel what the space is going to become.

Before finishes, before furniture, this is the moment that matters. The vaulted ceilings set the tone, giving the space volume, light, and presence. When the structure is right, everything that comes after just supports it.
