This time last year we got to do a Self Defense Class in Spanish and English at St. George Community Church!!
We worked with Standing Together to End Sexual Assault - STESA to provide valuable information on Sexual Assualt!!
Mothers and daughters, sons and mothers, teens, and youth all were able to participate!!!

We get to focused on the why, the what will happen, the where it’s going to go, and the “buts” and “ifs”, that it may never happen. I get it, I worry about the outcome and time spent, and then I worry about “why didn’t I”
Or “I should have when…”
So just do it! Get started. It’s never the right time. Start partially, build it up slowly, give yourself grace, and trust your intuition. You wouldn’t be asking or thinking about it if it wasn’t calling to you. So listen to your inner warrior calling out to something you want to get started or try today!

Wear some jeans and kick-ass!!! 🙋🏻♀️ Come join us this Denim Day April 28th, 2021 from 2-6 pm for our self-defense class with !!! We will be bringing some awareness to this day and sexual assault! Come stop by at Estero Park in Isla Vista for some music, crafting, and learn some moves!!!
