Latina Equal Pay Day marks the date that an average Latina must work into the next year to earn the same as an average, non-Hispanic white man earns in a single year.

This year, it will take Latinas until December 8, 2022 to earn what a white, non-Hispanic male earned in 2021. For every dollar he is earn, a Latina only earns 49¢.

In the lead up to December 8th and our multiple events across the country, ALPFA invites you on this journey to recognize and bring attention to the wage gaps Latinas face and to join us on the road to closing that gap.
