I would be in the need of some legal advice, and guidance in regards to the State of Ohio, kidnapping, and Child Protective/ Family Services.

I am looking at finishing my education, SUPRISE, and in that have to right a few different papers on the system.

Who knows an attorney?
A Physician?
A Educator?
Someone that has used the system?
Someone that has abused the system?

Anyone found they process of JFS/CPS actually benefit the family and child?
What was the turn around time?

Was anyone literally treated inhumane? Criminalized? Assisted? Educated? Given the skills?

Dear dad,
I did my very best to keep you here, as long as possible. I fought the VA, stood strong for the best care for you, demanded the top doctors, facilities, and provided anything you needed or wanted.
I fought to have your wife near you daily, during heavy restrictions, gathered a medical team of admins and doctors and nurses. We researched and tried to get exactly what you needed and deserved. I use the tools you instilled in me, integrity you taught me, and all the way hoped to show you I grew up.
I wish I could have the love from my family the way you gave it to me. The understanding and listening you often hated doing, but always were the one that loved me unconditionally and with the open heart of love.
It doesn't seem that can be obtained.
I have 44 years of the greatest memories a father could give to their child. I hoped I would have heard how proud you are of me, and wished I had made you so proud. I fuxked up alot.
I got your entire family there to you in the nick of time, but the last few hours of your life you gave to me and my mom.
The message you sent, the hugs I still feel, the embrace you have...means so much to me. I comforted you, I reassured you, I rubbed your hand, and your feet. We listened to a song, and the words I meant. I gave you permission to be exhausted, and rest your poor awesome soul.
I watched you leave this Earth with your wife by my side. Your last words were perfect for me to have, and I am glad your no longer in pain. "I love you" and I will never foget it.
