Today always stings a little. 2005 was the last Mother’s Day I spent with my mom before she passed. I remember finding out as if it were yesterday, it was the most painful experience of my life. 💔 But as time goes on, I find comfort knowing she is always watching over me from above.

Thank you, Mom, for keeping me and Craig safe and strong. I miss and love you, now and always. ❤️

Patience really does pay off! 413 Ferndale Ave sold for an incredible $1,285,000.

So exciting for my out of the country Australian clients/neighbors, it is officially SOLD!

Instead of accepting a very strong first offer after the first weekend of open houses, we trusted the value of the neighborhood and stayed the course. And it paid off.

Were there a few bumps in the road? Absolutely. From less than ideal inspectors to unexpected surprises, we navigated every challenge and kept moving forward with solutions and a positive mindset (because you know me… humor through it all! 😉).

I’m incredibly grateful to have worked alongside an amazing Buyer’s Agent, teamwork truly makes the dream work.
