It feels like a good time to re-introduce myself...new season, new city, new followers. So I recorded this short video.
Bottom line, I am committed to helping design professionals have more peace and joy while running a prosperous business. It is possible! And this business is too beautiful to be stressful and chaotic.
I bring all of me to this work--20 years in high end residential design, an MBA, master certification in Intuition Medicine®, Mental Fitness Coach, certified Life Coach, 15 years and counting of personal growth work, a decade in beauty and luxury brand management, and a brief career in finance.
Doing this work is the fulfillment of my purpose...combing my unique skills, talents and experience to help you bring more Beauty into the world. Beauty is the answer and it fuels everything I do.

Many founders believe the next level of growth will come from better strategy, better marketing, or better systems.
Sometimes that’s true.
But after working with a lot of business owners, I’ve noticed something else:
The real growth ceiling is often internal.
The business evolves.
The leader is still operating from the mindset that built the early stage.
That early mindset was useful:
• Do everything yourself
• Watch every dollar
• Solve every problem
• Say yes to every opportunity
But at some point, the same thinking that helped you build the business starts to slow it down.
Not because it’s wrong.
Because the business is now asking you to lead differently.
Less doing.
More trusting.
More perspective.
The external growth of a business almost always requires internal growth from the person leading it.
