What is a sinking fund?
A sinking fund is basically a savings plan for specific spending expenses and to help achieve financial goals.

You can do this with SoFi or Ally bank, they have great savings tools to utilize and here’s how I would split it up.

🛫 Everyone should travel, but you need to save to do so responsibly
🧘🏽‍♀️ Self-care is different for everyone, this can be a spa day, lash/nails $, or even a pilates class
💐 Gifts for birthdays, mothers/fathers day, and holidays
💰 Look into IRAs and Solo 401(k)s to start setting aside money for your retirement as a SBO
🚨 Financial emergencies are never fun but start now to save future you some stress

Please keep in mind your buckets can be organized however you like for what you need to save for, above are just ideas.
