I’ve been watching the culture and development of baseball for a long time. With all the travel ball and skill development I haven’t seen any major changes and a lot of kids hitting their plateau and never gaining the edge they’re looking for.
I do see a huge change with the few kids that strength train properly and work on nutrition.
This makes perfect sense to me and if you watch how professional prepare themselves it would make sense to you too.
More isn’t necessarily better in all cases.
