Hey everyone! I'm excited to announce that I am once again a certified Hypnobabies Hypnobirthing Instructor! This is a complete childbirth education course that uses clinical hypnosis techniques and self hypnosis to create your own Hypno-anesthesia for a more comfortable birth experience! IT WORKS!! I used it for all four of my babies birth's and taught it for about 5 years while my kids were little. I'll be focusing my business more towards holistic health for mothers and babies and offering Hypnobabies classes as well. I am working on getting herbal products ready to sell and Hypnobabies classes scheduled! More info to come!!
