Every woman has a story of courage. We want to hear yours — or hers.

Bravery isn't always what we picture. Sometimes it's asking for help when you're used to being the one who has it all together. Sometimes it's setting a boundary you've never set before. Sometimes it's choosing integrity when no one's watching, or staying steady in a room where you're underestimated. Sometimes it's simply saying yes to growth, even with fear along for the ride.

This year's Women of Influence Summit theme is Brave Anyway, and we're recognizing two women as 2026 Brave Anyway Honorees. Each will receive a FREE ticket to the Summit on September 17.

Stop trying to fix yourself.

You are not a problem to solve. You're a woman with a story still being written and where you look next matters more than what you're picking apart today.

Try this instead: take the energy you'd spend judging yourself, and point it forward. Notice what's already working. The relationship that's growing. The risk you took. The version of you who showed up anyway.

Build on that.

Growth isn't about correcting who you were. It's about fixing your gaze on who you're becoming and moving toward her, on purpose.
