Special thank you to Amanda V. for subbing Kids Yoga at while I am on maternity leave 🤰🏻➡️🤱🏻! She brings a new teaching style of Dynamic Mindfulness that I know my students will love and benefit greatly from. I plan on returning around the end of August/early September 2019💜 If you’d like to experience Yoga and mindfulness with your littles (or enjoy a café treat as you watch your little learn) please join us at Sunday’s at 9:30 am for Kids Yoga 🎟.
