Loomis is and has been a community of neighbors helping neighbors not an HOA community.

The developer and the town attorneys have insisted that there will be an HOA for the Villages.

They will manage things such as making sure cars do not park in slots without proper placards being displayed, and that there will apparently be someone patrolling the Village and having cars towed that are out of compliance.

This is the developers answer to the fact that there is GROSSLY INADEQUATE parking.
