Fury Fit is led by certified trainers Coach Kristina Thompson & Coach Lindsay Schlenz. They are passionate about developing the whole athlete in mind, body & spirit. They're both committed to growing the next generation of young women to rise up and become leaders in their own lives & communities.

Dates: January 10th - March 9th (9 weeks - 18 sessions)

Mondays 6:15-7:15pm or
7:30-8:30pm (you pick) &
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm

10 Anytime Sessions available too if you can only come 1 day a week!

Fury Fit is 9 weeks of specific volleyball focused vertical, strength & conditioning training to get you and your team to the next level & help you accomplish your goals this season!

We finish training right before all the biggest tournaments of the season to get you ready to compete at your highest level!

Mondays right before or right after club practice (6:15-7:15 or 7:30-8:30) & Wednesdays 6-7pm starting January 10th!
