I wanted to share a few tidbits about how to create a great title for your Amazon product. First, remember that the first 80 characters of the title are the only ones used with Amazon's search engine. Next, unless the brand name is your private label, Amazon's guidelines say not to include the brand name in the title. Even if it is a private label product, I still recommend you do not put it in the first 80 characters. Use these critical 80 characters to design an understandable title that includes as many of the product's highly searched keywords as possible. Finally, Amazon's search engines value your product title more than the keywords you add in the product details - so DON'T repeat the keywords used in the title with the product details section. Follow this process and your product will have a much better chance to be seen by customers.
