ROCKSHOX does not provide service kits for these, and claims they are not able to be opened up. This is not the case. With new seals and a vacuum machine bleed this fork will be better than new. Rock solid lockout.

In this case the U-cup seal in the damper’s seal head was installed upside down allowing ALL of the oil to escape into the lower leg rendering the damper completely useless.
