Cooper Design Works is assisting building owners and managers with durable and cost-effective solutions that include conceptual design, phasing, and cost estimating with contractor input. Cooper Design Works will also assist with municipal, association and architectural review board approvals.

Parking Garage No. 1 and the Perot Women’s Center Porte Cochere at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas are now re-opened for traffic as finishing touches are added to the drop-off canopies and upper level traffic coating. Board-formed concrete planters with 100% native/adapted plants are being sandblasted and a stainless steel sign wall is prepped for identification graphics. A weld plate mount has been added for a soon-to-arrive steel sculpture. All complimenting the completed renovation of the Perot Women’s Center and Rooftop Plaza. In collaboration with HKS Architects and Thornton-Tomasetti Engineers.
