Physical activity is essential for all youth, and it is especially important for those with X and Y variations. The team from Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago will highlight the importance of staying active, along with practical strategies for families to encourage movement and engagement. Attendees will gain helpful tips for fostering participation in ways that feel accessible and enjoyable for the whole family. The team will also discuss KidS Camp, an innovative program designed to promote physical activity, build confidence, and support positive self-concept in adolescents with Klinefelter syndrome.
