We have been experiencing an alarming number of *NEW* Clients failing to arrive for their appointments without notice.

To secure your appointment, all *NEW* clients are now required to pay a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

This deposit will be applied toward your service total and helps us reserve your appointment time exclusively for you. Due to the increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, this policy allows us to better serve our committed clients and manage our schedule effectively.

If you cannot make it to your appointment after you have paid a deposit you may be eligible for a refund if we are given a minimum of 24 hours notice
