So today I attended a free webinar about using the facebook website and decided that the only way to catch up with a 5 year gap is to just dive in. Just as I say to clients: "I can't do anything about the past, it is only what you do in the future that counts."

One of the best moments of a consultant's life is when you leave an organization and you know it has made a difference in others lives. It is even better when people take the time to thank you for some note of encouragement or knowledge or skill they have gained.
