For me it’s an art form, I always look forward to that moment. To cut the bread in half and see those amazing bubbles inside 😍 when I started, there was no such thing, it was a solid bread with small holes, but now I am proud of myself for growing such a sourdough starter and perfecting my technique 💁🏻‍♀️💪🏻
