Alright, seriously?
Let's discuss, do we REALLY think that everything electric is the answer? Do we also think that being told YOU'RE GOING TO PAY MORE in gas and electric AND THEN be told how you can and cannot cool/heat your home is what everyone wants to hear?
This is that Green New Deal hard at work. Things sound great on paper and in theory, until you're been hit right in the pocket book and then told how you're going to use your thermostat (that is until it's controlled via smart device by whomever)

Yeah… that’s Rochester today. 🔥 🥵
The ROC is out here feeling like Bowser installed a heat lamp over Monroe County. Current temp is pushing 94° and sunny, with an Extreme Heat Warning in effect and heat index values expected to feel like 105–109°. So basically, outside is DLC from hell.
Stay hydrated. Check on your people. Don’t leave pets in cars (or children). And if you’re walking into Tops, Wegmans, Walmart, or literally anywhere with AC… take your time. Browse. Read every cereal box, gawk at the astronomical prices, avoid eye contact with the cazy guy rambling about the constitution of the United States in the men's clothing section. Reconsider your life in the frozen pizza aisle.

They risked it all for a very important message 👀
Well… love was literally in the air today.
A daredevil couple reportedly climbed the Empire State Building, hung a “power of love” banner, got engaged way above Manhattan, and then had a very memorable meeting with authorities afterward.
Now listen… some people propose at dinner. Some people propose on vacation. Some people get down on one knee in front of family.
These two said, “Nah, let’s make building security update their training videos.”
Thankfully, no one was hurt, and honestly, that’s the best part of the whole story.
Romantic? Definitely.
Wild? Absolutely.
A little extra? That’s putting it lightly.
But hey, in a world where half the internet is arguing over everything, at least these two gave us something different to talk about: love, heights, questionable decision-making, and one proposal story that will be impossible to top.
We’ll be talking about it on The M-Balm Effect...because apparently love isn’t de*d…
It just needs better access clearance.
