Halla’s Cabinetry in Owatonna, MN is growing and we need a skilled Lead Cabinet Maker to join our team!

We’re a custom cabinet shop that takes pride in craftsmanship and takes care of our people. We’re moving into a BRAND NEW, bigger shop this August — and we want the right person growing with us.

🔨 What you’ll do:
Lead a team of cabinet makers, build and install high-end custom cabinets, and uphold our standards for quality and safety from shop to job site.

📋 What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years experience in cabinet making
• 2+ years in a lead or supervisor role
• CNC experience a plus
• Great attitude and team-first mindset
