Back when I was active duty, I was a certified hothead or how the kids would say, I would crash out over anything! If I got stuck at a red light on the way to base, it would make me hotter than fish grease! And don’t let somebody be parked in my favorite spot at the hospital—game over. 😤

People used to have to walk on eggshells around me.

To this day, I don’t know how I had any friends.

I’m not sure why I was trying to control everything (and everyone), but it wasn’t until I got out that I got humbled real quick. And I realized that the world doesn't revolve around me—and I had to stop reacting to everything because it just wasn’t worth the energy.

And because what I love most is bringing people together, I’ve decided to host a 5-day 🌀 Feel It & Flow: EQ Challenge.

In a time where emotions are high and patience is low, I want to help others avoid the mistakes I’ve made—and grow through what they’re going through.
