I’m excited to announce that I’ll be starting my Meditation Teacher Training as a TA beginning Saturday, 1/21 with

Hug A Tree Reiki Saturday morning hours: late afternoons and evenings will be open. While most Saturday mornings will be limited, there will be opportunities to book in the afternoons and evenings. Don’t wait too long to book your sessions.

I’m excited for this expansive practice. Being better for myself AND for you, day by day.
