CHARACTER HIGHLIGHT: TITUS ANDRONICUS
Andronicus is the tragic protagonist of the play—an aging, legendary Roman general who is deeply pious, fiercely patriotic, and unyielding in his adherence to tradition. His rigid moral code initially blinds him to nuance, triggering a brutal cycle of personal loss that breaks his mind and transforms him into a calculated, ruthless instrument of vengeance.
Actors should demonstrate extreme emotional range, shifting seamlessly from rigid, militaristic restraint to the gut-wrenching vulnerability of a shattered father, and finally to the unsettling, quiet malice of a mastermind.

Our production is driven by one central question:
What happens to women when they become the victims of war and revenge?
Through a contemporary lens, we will examine the human cost of conflict, centering the silencing of voices, resilience, and experiences of those too often left out of history.
