Hello everybody! First off once again thank you to all of those whom were patient and understanding! Now... I've got some explaining to do. I am the first and I know I'm not the last to admit that I've fumbled this business really hard. I bit off WAY more than I could chew and I take full responsibility of that. I'm sure as you know, starting a business is rough. This is a sure thing for me. From OSHA shutting me down (the cause of the delays) to trying to find reliable workers and being disappointed several times, I was not off to a good start in this business. trying to balance my work/home life as a 20 year old is tough. I found many times wanting to call it quits but I stuck it out and will stick it out. I WILL NOT LEAVE YOU HANGING. I have just a few orders left and they will be going out.
GOING FORWARD:
Obviously having an e-commerce site did not work. I did not have much control over my sales this way which led to lost orders, delays, missed calls etc. So I will NOT be running my business this way going forward.
Instead I will have a website solely for the purpose of a catalog. You will not be able to order products off of this site. When you have what you need you will call this number (2082207793) for your order needs. I understand that it is more of an inconvenience however doing this does many things for you. I can give accurate time frame quotes. I can make products quicker due to the ability to now plan and observe whats going in and out. I can give discounts where they need to go AND I can give fair shipping prices.

Hello Everyone, Firstly I would like to thank everyone for your patience as orders have been delayed. This week I've been trying to weigh my options as I am struggling to meet demands on time and I am suspecting flaws in my business. So for the Time being I will be no longer taking orders so I can get caught up. Everyone who has ordered will be going out soon and I can't wait to get everyone's orders out just as much as all of you! for those who have been patient, thank you very much. Hello everybody! Just touching base with you all. I am still behind, trying to get caught up! I just hired two employees and I'm making good headway. Please just call if there's issues, and if I am unable to answer just leave a message. I will respond! Now some true transparency, I am not on Facebook so this post is a rare occasion. A lot of people try to tell me how to run this business or complain on this platform and many others. Let me explain. I cannot close down business. It is my lively hood and I'm just skimming by myself. I intended to keep products cheap and with expenses on a shop, employees and supplies and maintaining a solid product, it is costing me my own living as it is. So to close down shop to catch up means to close down shop permanently, or your orders get out later. Another thing is I am NOT rocky mountain materials. Ridgeline is still a new company trying to work out the kinks. As we are familiar, we are not the same company. Id really appreciate it if you contacted ME with any issues not rocky mountain materials. I'm working 14 hour days trying to catch up as much as I can and I am very thankful to all of those who have been supportive. Please understand that I'm working really working hard to get caught up. Please be patient if you sent an email as I do not have time in my work day to dedicate to replying messages online. If you think your order shipped but haven't received a confirmation just ask the source. Thank you all for the help and I promise this will all get resolved. Thank you very much.

Hello everybody! First off I would like to say, thank you so much for your support and your business as I navigate the growing pains of a new business. It goes greatly appreciated.
Secondly, because of all your amazing support, I am very backed up with orders, and if you order, I am about 10 business days out. For everyone who has ordered, they will be shipped by next week. Second, we will be CLOSED DEC 25 - DEC 31! you may still order but we will not be shipping out your order if you order through these dates.

Hello all! I'm Kaython Bowcutt! The proud owner of Ridgeline Innovations, The sister company to Rocky Mountain Materials! I have been working for Rocky Mountain Materials since they first started and have grown as they have. In seeing the ins and outs of that amazing company it gives me the confidence to say that Ridgeline Innovations will maintain the same customer satisfaction and will adapt and overcome the challenges we face to maintain that image.
