Storm damage can start with one visible problem, but the full repair story is not always that simple.

When a tree fell on a home in Newark, Delaware, the homeowner first contacted Superior Design Services about repairing a damaged skylight.

Once our team started reviewing the project, it became clear there was more to look at. Storm and impact damage can affect more than the spot you notice first, so we took the time to ask questions, review the construction needs, and document the repair scope before the work moved forward.

As the project came together, additional damage was found that was not easy to see at first. Our role was to provide detailed repair estimates, clear construction documentation, and full-service support once the insurance-related repairs were ready to begin.

The finished exterior turned out beautifully.

The home sits against a wooded backdrop, and the green siding with black windows was a great choice. It blends naturally with the trees while giving the home a clean, updated look.
