Hello August. It's towards the end of summer and yes its HOT. Vacations will be coming to an end and school is about to begin. Life is a balance of holding on and letting go. Keeping FitYoga over the many years has been tough, especially during COVID. With a heavy heart, I'm writing to you today that FitYoga will be closing its brick and mortar Oct 1st. This decision doesn't come easy for me and I am practicing what I've been teaching for years. I'm learning to practice self care and realize it's time to Let Go, Let God. I trusted my faith in God's timing when my space became available. I was able to teach 9 years with the amazing support of my community's support, love and dedication. I'm now being led to a different path and I'm putting my faith and trust into my next chapter.
Please know that I'm not done teaching yoga. I do plan to teach to some degree BUT I honestly don't know any details at this time. My heart is bursting with so much emotion and I'm mostly grateful, blessed and humbled. Namaste, Jill.
