Everybody, meet Malia! ☀️

Malia is teaching mat Pilates on Wednesdays and we’re so excited to have her here. She is talented, warm, and loves what she does!

What she loves most about teaching is forming connections with clients and watching them grow. She is great at creating a welcoming space for every student, seeing and offering modifications, and having fun while teaching!

It is important to her that Pilates is for everyone, at any skill level. She feels honored to be trusted to meet each student where they are at. 🧡

For our stepparents out there, does this resonate with you?

Not enough people talk about this and it leaves a lot of stepparents feeling isolated. Our goal at Elysium is to support each person holistically. Our stepparent support group is one piece of overall health, but it’s surprising how being seen, heard and supported can change the way you feel.

Our support group meets the first Thursday of each month!

This group is facilitated by Sophie Moeller, an experienced stepparent and Certified L1 Precision Nutrition Health Coach, and Alyssa Ybarra, a marriage and family therapist and licensed alcohol and drug counselor.
