Almost two weeks ago, we posted one of the most horrific things we have ever seen.

And we have seen a lot. 💔

How Twigs survived as long as he did with these injuries is something we will probably never understand. How long he was hurting. How long he was left like that. How many people saw him and kept going… we don’t know. And honestly, maybe we don’t want to.

But our boy Twigs is fighting. 🥹❤️

He is recovering so well in foster, has gained TWO POUNDS 🙌 and is slowly learning how to relax, feel safe, and just be a cat again. 🐱❤️

Twigs is now stable and strong enough for the next step… surgery. He will need to have his leg amputated, along with part of his tail.

This sweet boy has already been failed once….BUT WE WILL NOT. 💔➡️❤️

We will make sure the rest of his life looks NOTHING like the beginning. 🥹🐾

Petrie - She’s very playful and loves to wrestle with her sister, Spike.

Spike - She and Petrie are always getting into trouble and are the most adventurous of this crew.

Littlefoot - He’s the smallest of the litter and a bit of a loner. He’s still a bit shy but purrs when you pet him. He’s loves belly rubs.

Cera - He's the shyest of the litter and hasn't yet realized how adorable he is.
