How do I get my kids to eat vegetables? I sneak them into everything! They love 's and one of the main ingredients is red bell pepper. The red bell pepper gets chopped and blended with salsa, cashews, nutritional yeast, turmeric, and salt and my kids have no clue that there's a healthy veggie in their queso. It's a !!!
