Ive got summer on my mind today!! Cant wait for the sun to stay up later so I can photograph more of you beautiful people! As well as lake days, kayaking the list goes on and on!! Ahh its going to be glorious! Tell me what youre looking forward to this summer?!

Here’s a quick reminder for us both: If I’m comfortable, I’m not growing. Sometimes this is easier said than done, since my comfort zone feels like a warm fuzzy blanket with mint chip ice cream and a good book or marvel movie (yes im a nerd). Nevertheless, here’s to never getting comfortable, friends! What’s your mantra for the day?

What does your happily ever after look like to you? For me, its time with my boys, photographing all the lovely families and weddings 💍 , and traveling. 🏔

I’ve got a secret, can you keep it? I can’t believe I’m about to tell you this, but here goes nothin’: I haven’t washed my hair in four days…FOUR! But I rationalize this secret by insisting that my actions help save me time to be the best photographer and mom I can be! (Kinda joking… not really.)  Now that I’ve started spilling my guts, I’ll be sharing my business “secrets”, like:
1. How to help get shots of clients eyes more open when they tend to be on the more squinty side.
2. How to do family formals at a wedding in 30 minutes… and how to deal with uncle bob wondering off again!
