LISS- Low Intensity Steady State Cardio
It was my most underestimated style of training up until about January this year. I hated it. I have one speed and that is fast. I don’t like to slow things down very often. I’ve always been a huge fan of HIIT workouts, so this was a challenge for me. But is has become so much more enjoyable when I go outside!
