Did you know an Expedited Transfer (ET) is a resource available to eligible service members and their adult dependents who file an Unrestricted Report of sexual assault.

ETs may be permanent or temporary, and can include a change in station, duty location, or a change in assignment, schedule, or housing to reduce interactions with the suspect or others. ETs support a survivor's recovery and well-being.

If you have questions about eligibility or your reporting options, the SAPR Office is here to help.

Did you know the Safe-to-Report Policy helps reduce barriers that may prevent service members from reporting a sexual assault.

If a victim committed minor collateral misconduct such as underage drinking or violating certain regulations at or near the time of the assault the policy may provide protection from disciplinary action so they can seek the care, support, and resources they need.

Reporting a sexual assault should never be delayed because of fear or uncertainty. If you have questions about the Safe-to-Report Policy or your reporting options, we're here to help.

It's Not Weak to Speak

Too often, men are told to stay silent, push through, or handle things on their own. The reality is that speaking up about what you're going through takes courage.

Whether it's stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don't have to carry it alone.

Talking to a friend, a family member, a chaplain, a mentor, or a mental health professional is a sign of strength not weakness.

Your voice matters. Your mental health matters.

Tomorrow June 27th is National PTSD Screening Day. πŸ’š

PTSD can look different for everyone, and sometimes the signs are easy to dismiss or carry silently. Taking a self-screening can be a simple first step toward understanding what you may be experiencing.

These screenings are private and secure, and only a trained provider can diagnose PTSD. If you’re concerned about someone you care about, encourage them to take the screening themselves and seek support if needed.

You are not alone, and support is available.
