Inna’s real estate journey began unexpectedly during a pivotal moment in her life, when a late-night realization during her divorce led her to get licensed simply to sell her own home—but that “accident” quickly turned into a thriving career built on relationships, authenticity, and hands-on service. With no traditional sales background, Inna leaned on the strong community she had already cultivated through local groups like the Chapel Hill Mothers Club, which became the foundation of her referral-based business. Her growth was remarkable—selling 24 homes in her first year and steadily increasing from there—driven not by flashy marketing, but by trust, hard work, and her willingness to do whatever it takes for her clients, from staging homes herself to managing every detail personally. Balancing motherhood with her career, Inna created stability for her family while staying deeply involved in her clients’ lives, often helping them through major transitions. Supported by her assistant Kristen Montgomery, she continues to expand into investments and Airbnb properties, all while maintaining her creative passions and love for travel. Grounded, adventurous, and deeply people-focused, Inna has built a career that proves the most meaningful paths often come from unexpected beginnings.

Volunteer Opportunity Alert! We will once again be supporting A Lotta Love this Friday March 2Oth at Hope Center Village at Method in Raleigh. We will be helping to transform the spaces here to make them beautiful and welcoming for youth aging out of foster care. We know the difference a warm welcoming home can make in a person’s life and are proud to support these wonderful organizations in their mission. I’ll be there from 9am to 1pm but other spots are also available throughout Friday and Saturday. If you’d like more info or to join, please let me know and I can send a sign up link.
