Kick off the summer with us at June First Friday!

On the First Friday of every month, we offer a FREE night of exhibitions, activities, and more! Our First Friday also includes a sensory-friendly time with smaller crowds and no amplified music from 5-6pm.

June First Friday will feature:
🔹 Where We Work Now with work by Jane Cheek - Artist, Adam D. Cohen Art, Alexandre Emmanuel, Erin Ives, Jackie Sanders, and Debbie Secan Studio Artist in Gallery 1
🔹 Exhibition with work by Wake County Public School System Art Educators in Gallery 2 + Corridors
🔹 Meet Connie Karleta Sales, the 2026 Universal Access Artist in Residence in the Upfront Gallery
🔹 Meet and shop with our 30+ studio artists
🔹 All ages art making activity, 4-8:30pm
🔹 Sounds by Deluxe Event Group - DJ Deluxe
🔹 Connect with the team behind CreativeMornings/Raleigh
🔹 The Art of Resilience with work by Susu Hauser in the People's Studio

We've got two more sessions of Open Studio before we take a break for the summer! June 7 will be the last Open Studio until September.

About Open Studio: Let your imagination soar in Artspace's Open Studio and enjoy a self-guided art making activity for all ages (adults and kids!). Every month, there will be a new, beginner-level art-making activity to experience, based on one of the current exhibitions at Artspace!
