4/16/2024, The Summer Crit Racing Series Finale at the Herbalife Distribution Center. I raced in the 45 minute Category 3/4 finishing in 11th out of 16th. We raced in the rain on a slick concrete surface and thankfully there were zero crashes the entire event. Thanks to Jim Smalley for his commitment to local grass roots racing and allowing us to finish events👍🏾🤩. “Gravel Time” coming up. 😖😌

7/6/2024, Spot light on Performance. product consumers picked up his first gravel win 🏆 today under some very challenging conditions. Andrew is a loyal consumer of hydration products. He had a smoking average speed of 18 mph until he hit the three miles of sandy gravel. Andrew credits his consistent use of RE-LYTE product during training and on race day as a big factor in today’s win. He told me was able to ride at max effort for the full 32 miles. 6/29/2024, stage one of the Tour De Rolesville in conjunction with the Tour De France 🇫🇷. Another smooth ride with two ride groups putting down the hammer 🔨 thanks for keeping it chill but spicy 🌶️ as well.

6/25/2024, After riding the Tuesday Night Tango without incident I continued to solo ride to make my distance an even 30 miles. While riding along a section of un-level pavement I got hung up along the elevated curb line where I crashed. At 59, I can’t be bouncing off the pavement “got ole man recovery problems” Once home I immediately started the healing process: collegen protein shake, red light treatment and balm around the abrasions for inflammation reduction.
