Our mental health first aid certificate workshop was awesome. We are proud that 16 individuals walked away with their certificates. They are ready to be a support to our communities. is a 365-day issue ⚠️.
Today is World Mental Health Day. For us to be healthy we must take care of not just our physical health but our mental health.
