Lately I’ve been choosing intentional and concious healing over survival mode.

I’m learning that clarity, presence, and emotional balance don’t come from pushing harder… they come from listening inward.

This season of my life is about healing gently, honestly, and without shame. 🌿

Getting it out let me tell you and talking it out it’s the best way to be is to NOT CARE what other people think 💭 because guess what it’s YOUR life not theirs, and people are selfish so they don’t care, know what your going through. But forget social media and the haters reach out to someone and let them know you’re struggling.
Because if you were going to ask me last year absolutely not would I say how I feel over social media, I mean I’d talk s**t but let’s be honest, that’s just petty, to be a real woman, WOMAN up, stay strong, f the haters and reach out because I wish I would have way sooner but I didn’t……
