This homeowner was dealing with peeling paint, but the paint wasn’t the real problem. During heavy rainfall, the existing chimney chase flashing was directing water straight down the siding instead of away from the home. Over time, that constant water exposure caused the paint to deteriorate.

Our solution? We installed new flashing designed to redirect the water into the gutter where it belongs, keeping it off the siding and helping protect the home’s exterior from future damage.
