In recognition of National Nurses Week (May 6โ12), we extend our sincere appreciation to the nurses who make a difference every day.
We are especially grateful for the incredible nurses on our team and the dedicated professionals we partner with across the care continuum (hospitals, nursing homes, home health agencies, outpatient practices, etc.)โas well as the stakeholders who support and advance this work across the healthcare system.
Your expertise, compassion, and leadership are essential to improving quality, safety, and patient-centered care. Thank you for all that you doโthis week and every week.

โ๏ธ Snow Day Reminder: Shovel Smart
Winter storms mean more shoveling, but heavy snow and cold temperatures can put serious strain on the heart, especially for older adults or people with heart conditions.
Quick safety tips:
โข Take breaks and go slow
โข Push snow when possible
โข Lift smaller loads
โข Dress warm and stay hydrated
โข Do not hesitate to ask for help
If you feel chest pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or nausea, stop and get medical help right away.
Check in on older neighbors and family members too. Offering to shovel could make a big difference this winter. ๐
