Capturing RI's Coastal Wedding Venues from Above

This project involved a detailed drone inspection of the roof for a commercial property in Rhode Island. Using high-resolution aerial imaging, we were able to identify two major concerns:
1. Degraded Copper Flashing:
The copper flashing—an essential component for directing water away from roof joints—showed signs of heavy corrosion and wear. Left unaddressed, this could lead to water intrusion and interior damage.
2. Mold on Asphalt Shingles:
Several sections of the roofing surface showed visible mold growth, likely caused by prolonged moisture retention. Mold not only compromises roofing materials but also indicates potential issues with ventilation or drainage.
