Sara is a true inspiration! She is very humble & doesnβt like this attention, but I have to toot her horn (I did ask for permission)! β€οΈ Sara is over the age of 80 and has only been consistently doing yoga for 4 years!
She always shows up, even when sheβs tired, even when she doesnβt feel like it, even when sheβs feeling a little achey, even when itβs cold, even when thereβs ice & snow covering everything! She lets nothing stop her!
We celebrated her 800th class yesterday & I am so proud of her commitment to herself & her health! I always tell her that I want to be like her when I grow up! My goal is to be the oldest person at the yoga studio (or gym), not the youngest person in the nursing home, God willing! ππ
