Time to get this bread!

Hey Princeton, we hope you had a good first week! A few things from your Challah for Hunger chapter...
1. Apply to serve on our board! Low time commitment and, in normal times, full of opportunities to make (and eat) bread! Applications are due February 26th.

2. CFH needs your help: we are working on a cookbook to keep students like yourself sane during quarantine, and we are actively searching for student recipes!
Send your favorite challah bread, Jewish, or any comfort-food recipe to us at [email protected] and we’ll include it in our cookbook! If we really love it, we might ask you to help us make it during one of our virtual bakes!
Also, if you have any pictures or illustrations of your favorite recipes, we’d love to include those as well!
---
3. We are also running our first creative challah contest! Send us a picture, drawing, or vision of a crazy challah! It could be a fun braid, wacky ingredients. . . . send your submission to [email protected] (Grace Rosenberg) to be featured in our next newsletter! CFH will select the top three most creative challahs and showcase them!
---
4. Craving our delectable bread and crushed that we’re not at Frist on Friday afternoons? Itching to give to local and national hunger causes?
Purchase a challah kit: For only $23, you’ll receive all the dry ingredients to make Challah for Hunger's classic bread. Just add water and oil! It’s vegan, DIY, and delicious as always.

Proceeds go to Swipe Out Hunger, a national student-led group that’s alleviating hunger on college campuses, local organizations nominated by campus chapters (for us, that’s Mercer Street Friends, Jewish Family and Children's Services of Greater Mercer County, and MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger), and the national Chapter Investment Fund.
