{ 🇦🇺 } What a lovely breakky at Noon with . This gluten free option of potato rosti topped with salmon, served with fennel salad and jammy eggs was an absolute perfect combination. Lovely piccolo's paired with a good catch-up was just what I needed as a re-introduction to Aussie life.

{ , Manly NSW 🇦🇺 } What can I say I've missed the most about Australia? Yes, sure, the bright light, expansive skies, friends and family, all that! But also the cuisine that is oh so fresh, minimal, seasonal. (thank you) recommended Hugo's for classic Manly fare and it didn't disappoint. The kids shared fish & chips and garlic pizza, the husband had a vegetarian gnocchi and I indulged on Sydney Rock Oysters and a burrata on radicchio & roasted pumpkin salad. Fabulous way to have a lovely lunch with the family on the docks with a view of the harbour. I can't wait to go back.
